In this episode we chat with ultrarunner Kaitlyn Yonke and her mom Sue Morgan about their work and adventures with MS Run the US which raises awareness for Multiple Sclerosis!

They share their journey into running and talk about how it has tied into Sue’s husband’s and Kaitlyn’s father’s journey with Multiple Sclerosis. We also talk about having a greater purpose for these athletic endeavors and what a gift that is when the challenge gets difficult!

Kaitlyn also shares the story of her FKT at the Highline Canal Trail in Denver in which she got to share the last few miles with her dad.
